Whether you have extra apples from apple picking, are looking for a sweet snack, or need a dish that will be a hit at an upcoming get-together, this caramel apple dip is sure to be a hit!
This delicious dip is the perfect snack or appetizer, and the best part is it is easy and super quick (5 minutes) to whip up. Plus, you can make it ahead of time! One of my first falls in North Carolina, my friend Lauren introduced me to this caramel apple dip recipe. And although I don’t love caramel and chocolate, the apples, caramel, and toffee are the perfect combination of flavors!

Ingredients:
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- ½ cup – Sugar
- ¾ cup – Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon – Vanilla Extract
- 8 oz – Heath Toffee Bits
- 13.5 oz Caramel Dip (I used Marzetti)
How to Make Caramel Apple Dip?
This is probably one of the easiest recipes you will ever make!
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Mix the ingredients until smooth. I then add about 2 oz of the toffee bits and mix it into the cream cheese mixture.

Next, spread the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a shallow serving dish or platter. Layer the caramel dip on top of the cream cheese mixture. You can make your own caramel but I pick up a container of Marzetti from the store. Lastly, cover the caramel layer with toffee bits.
How to Serve Caramel Apple Dip?
I like to serve the caramel dip with red and green apples. Some other great items to try with the caramel dip —pretzels, pears, cookies, and graham crackers!
Tip: Mix 1 tablespoon of lemon (or lime) juice with 1 cup of water and add the apples immediately after slicing. Let the apples soak for 3-5 minutes and then rise before serving; this will help slow the browning of the apple slices.
